Dr. Horst-H. Bei Z.n. 3 Wochen alter Durchtrennung der oberflaechlichem und tiefen Beugesehne auf Höhe der Zone II nach Verdan erfolgte die früh sekundäre Beugesehnenrekonstruktion. Nach abgeschlossener postoperativen Behandlung dokumentiert die klinische Untersuchung einen vollständigen Faustschluss und Streckung der Langfinger zur Handebene (siehe Video). Einleitung Injektionstraumata betreffen bevorzugt den Bereich der Zeigefingers der nichtdominaten Hand (1,2). Das Verletzungsausmaß steht in Bezug zur Injektionsmenge, zur Substanz und zum Injektionsdruck. Insbesondere ölbasierte Farbfluessigkeiten fuehren zu Gewebsnekrosen mit Folgeinfekt (Amputationsrate bis zu 50%, wasserbasierte 0%) (3). Sofortige handchirurgische Inspektion und Debridement sind bei farbigen Injetionstraumatas standart. The first two months since our official opening have been quite busy. Thankfully, there is demand for a plastic surgeon in Rhodes and while we are never (ever) going to publicize names – or photos for that matter – of our patients, we want to take this opportunity to thank you for your trust in us.
We are open for business! Family, friends and partners gathered on the 26th December 2015 to celebrate the opening of our practice.
